M1 unit 1 effective method of communication, simple. other people can view your work if you want them too and learn from it. email information is viewable you don't use paper so its protecting the environment, eco friendly. there can be multiple users. messages can be sent easily, and its more straight forward than majority of other communication methods available. all aged people will be able to use it as it is so easy and simple
